We are officially listed under the Illinois Black Chamber of Commerce and the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce and the International Trade Club of Chicago which means we will now be able to connect with more organizations to expand our services.
We also had the opportunity to be a guest speaker during the Mighty Networks meeting hosted by Faith Hope and Spirit discussing ways to develop yourself in order to have better relationships in the business world.
Lastly, we were a part of Keeta’s Place, Self Love for Black Women Series, we hosted an event addressing this topic with grammar school and high school youth. THIS MONTH’S Things to look out for Partnering Chicago Park District This Summer and moving forward we will be providing regular in-person services at our local Ada Park. We will announce a launch date and schedule soon!
Internships with TRIO We have really been connecting with community members. This Summer we will officially launch our research program at DePaul University. This means that soon we will have data on the effectiveness of our programs.
